The Rumming family have been farming cattle on the banks of the Thames at Waterhay near Cirencester, and at Lydiard near Swindon for over 60 years. We provide the highest possible animal welfare which together with the grass fed diet produce superior beef.
Our beef is hung on the bone for 3-4 weeks to give the best flavour and texture, and then expertly butchered and packed in our own on farm butchery. Currently we are not having on farm collection mornings but we are delivering locally.
The cattle are certified 100% grass-fed under the Pasture for Life scheme

We are an organic farm near the beautiful village of Llanarmon DC, near Llangollen, producing Welsh Lamb and Welsh Black Beef. We converted to organic in 2014 after careful consideration.
We are registered with Hybu Cig Cymru (Meat Promotion Wales) as suppliers of PGI Welsh Lamb and Beef. The PGI status of Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef guarantees the authenticity and integrity of the brand.
We produce traditional grassfed lamb and hogget and beef from our Welsh Black cattle, born and raised here, with high animal welfare, giving 100% traceability and negligible food miles for the customer.

Gelston lamb is a first generation sheep farm in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. We run 450 breeding ewes and have 2 young shepherdesses, Imogen and Eleanor, who love to help out on the farm. We produce restaurant-quality lamb with unrivalled quality and outstanding flavour. It is a priority to us for our customers to know the meat provenance and that it is sustainably farmed using practices that work in harmony with the environment.
Our lamb is born and raised on our farm and is grass-fed to produce an ethically reared meat that is sweet in flavour and tender. Everything is butchered and packed by ourselves and our staff to your specification here on the farm. All of this means we can keep food miles to a minimum which is best for our lamb, our customers and the environment.

We are Cotswolds based graziers, producing high welfare, sustainable lamb, beef and pork. Our animals live outdoors all year round from the moment they are born, thriving in their natural habitat. As we choose traditional British breeds that grow slowly, our meat naturally develops a rich, full flavour.
Our pasture fed lamb and beef is raised on either environmentally sensitive grasslands with varied and rich vegetation, or within arable rotations to help build natural soil fertility. Our environmentally focussed approach to grazing doesn’t just provide habitats for an abundance of wildlife, it keeps our animals healthy and supports the land to regenerate and flourish.
Our lamb is hung for 10-14 days and the beef is aged in a Himalayan salt chamber for 30 days. It is expertly butchered by a local butcher and supplied in individually vacuum-packed cuts, which are labelled and delivered in environmentally friendly wool-insulated boxes to anywhere on mainland UK.

Our beef comes from our pure bred Limousin cattle, which are out at grass all spring, summer and autumn. In the winter the cattle are brought inside where they are fed home-grown grass and clover silage and barley allowing them to be reared in a stress-free traditional manner. Limousin beef is known for its outstanding lean, tender meat, low in saturated fats.
All of our pigs live in the woodland surrounding the farm. This is the most natural environment for them as they spend their days rooting and wallowing, doing just what a pig should do. We rear our pigs slowly and take them much older than commercial breeders, which adds to their excellent flavour that has been likened to “old fashioned pork, how it used to taste.”

Our Kid Meat is fully traceable – we really are farm to fork – all the meat we sell has been raised by us, so we know exactly how it has been reared from start to finish. All our kids are reared to the highest standards without compromise.
We source all our Billy Kids from one High Health Status Dairy Unit – they are a by-product from the dairy industry as they are male and so if not raised for meat are euthanised at birth. Our Billy Kids are reared in as natural an environment as possible on a grass based diet.

In 2017, 10 pedigree New Zealand Romneys were purchased for my 20th birthday, the first year was a steep learning curve. But they survived, so we decided to breed from them. They say the rest is history as we now have 24 ewes with 5 ewe lambs ready to join the flock in 2021!
Lucie's Lambs is a small family run partnership, producing high end quality lamb boxes. We pride ourselves on our animal welfare and our attention to detail to produce a high quality lamb box to put straight in your oven or freezer!
We rear pedigree Romney sheep, which are our local native breed, purely off grass to make a beautifully marbled carcass. We are now able to ship our boxes nationwide and no order is too small!

Nestled in-between Rotherham, Barnsley & Sheffield, and under the shadow of Wentworth Woodhouse, the Grayson family have been supplying produce to the local area for four generations.
The pride of the farm is the herd of slow grown, grass fed Aberdeen Angus cattle which is growing from year to year. Spring is always a special time of year with newly born calves running about!
Christmas time is a very busy time at Nether Haugh Farm, we have been supplying farm fresh turkeys since 1929 and the practices used today remain true to traditional methods.
We also produce and sell pork from our own pigs

We care passionately for both welfare and environment, using locally sourced grain from only 4 miles away to feed our stock, and our own forage. We work within our county as much as possible using a local family run abattoir and nearby family run butcher.
Our cattle are slow growing on grass for around 3 years, in an area of the UK that can’t grow other crops effectively. Wagyu beef contains a high percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid with its intense marbling, improving the ratio of monounsaturated fats.

Traed Moch is a small herd of Welsh pigs based on the outskirts of Pontsian in west Wales.
To reduce our environmental footprint, we use waste cheese from a local processor, and waste milk from the farm’s dairy herd as a large proportion of their diet. Pigs are free to roam fallow land, whilst also having access to a cosier environment inside some of our old outbuildings.
Our aim is to produce top quality pork and bacon with low food mileage and high welfare standards.

Waveney Dexter Beef is produced from a small herd of Dexter cattle farmed in the heart of the Waveney Valley, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and run by Helen Reeve.
All our females are reared as breeding stock whilst the males are reared for beef which are slow-grown on a tradional diet to ensure maximum taste and flavour.
We sell out great tasting 100% grass-fed beef through local farmers markets and can sometimes deliver to local customers.

Like all native British cattle, Red Polls thrive on a natural, grass-led diet and do not require any additional feed supplements to mature and finish. Our animals graze exclusively on pasture and live outdoors for as much of the year as the ground conditions allow.
