Nith Valley Eggs

Our hens live in a former quarry covered in a variety of trees, making it an ideal setting for the six production sheds dotted around the modern sorting and packing unit. We currently have the only free range woodland based farm in the county.
Our woodland farm produces the perfect base for happy hens who, in turn, produce some of the finest free range eggs to be found in Scotland, according to customers.
You can find our eggs in local outlets and we are now selling our free range eggs through local vending machines. Each machine holds 28 trays and Nith Valley staff ensure that eggs are all fresh. There is a guarantee that from lay to machine will be no longer than a maximum 48 hours.

Several years ago, Jimmy and Heather decided to expand their passion for growing sustainable, delicious free-range eggs into more than a hobby. Advocates of regenerative agriculture, their pasture grazed chicken eggs have become a local must-have.
After growing success, the business has diversified and now has an on-farm egg vending machine, tucked away next to the chickens.

Poppy's Poultry is home to over 1000 free range hens who are a mixed flock of Bovin Brown and Lowman Lites with a few speciality breeds that lay a blue and white egg. Our hens have a custom made insulated hen house with an automatic feed and water system, large internal scratch areas, nest boxes and most importantly access to the outdoors.
Our packaging is made from paper sourced from FSC certified forests and recycled paper, meaning it can be composted or recycled again.
As a small family business we have a delivery service for our business customers direct from farm to your door. You can also find our eggs in a number of local outlets.

Hi. We are Will & Kate Martin. We run Treway Farm Turkeys and we are producers of award winning free range bronze turkeys in Cornwall. We strongly believe in doing things the traditional way and hold the welfare of our Cornish Turkeys as our top priority.
We rear the birds slowly and feed them an all natural diet which adds to their succulent flavour. The turkeys spend their time roaming the meadows at Treway by day and are kept safe in their airy barn by night. They are fed on an all natural diet of home grown barley and pellets which they supplement with what they forage in the meadow. They are not given any antibiotics or growth hormones.
We also sell grass-fed beef from our pedigree Shorthorn cattle, dry aged for 28 days too.
