We are the Aidley family and we grow nutrient dense Real Food, using natural grass fed, pasture based, regenerative and organic methods. We are passionate about re-connecting farmers and consumers whilst doing the best we can for the animals and land in our care. Healthy soil means healthy plants, healthy animals and healthy people.
We strive to produce naturally healthy food with nutritional integrity, nothing added in and nothing taken out. And we produce it in a way that works with nature as much as possible, restores our environment and builds soil.
Modern science is confirming time and time again the age-old knowledge that good soil management is so important, nourishing the vast crowd of tiny and microscopic creatures beneath our feet - the soil microbiome. In tandem with this, it's becoming well known that our own health is massively influenced by the human microbiome - particularly in the gut. We believe the health of soils, plants, animals and humans are closely linked and REAL FOOD is the key.
Please bear in mind that some of our products are not available year-round - because we work with the seasons.
We carry out no routine cultivation or cropping, and we don't spray chemicals on the land. Our farm is managed under organic guidelines, and we are currently in the 'conversion process' before we are allowed to label our goods as fully organic.
Our farming is influenced by holistic management principles and farm scale permaculture. Our vision is for the farm to become a multi-level perennial polyculture, meaning diverse pastures interspersed with trees, hedges, woodland and ponds.
100% A2 raw milk and dairy products from our 100% grass and pasture fed cows.
Our raw dairy products are made entirely with milk from our small herd of cows which are all independently tested to produce 100% A2 milk protein, which many people find beneficial to health.
Our cows are a mixture of the Jersey, Friesian and Ayrshire breeds, carefully selected to give a really high quality, tasty milk.
What our animals eat is as important as what we eat. A cow's primal diet is a diverse range of grass types, supplemented by naturally occurring herbs, legumes and tree browse. No GM - no soya - no grain - no antibiotics ever.

Nationwide courier deliveries
Nationwide orders are sent out by courier. We use DPD's next-day service which we find very reliable.
We aim to dispatch the next working day after receiving your order, for delivery on the following day.
Very occasionally, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, this may be delayed by a day or two, as we only bottle fresh product each morning. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are generally dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
As a temporary measure, we are currently not dispatching orders on Wednesday, so no Thursday deliveries - these orders will be dispatched on a Thursday for Friday delivery.
But, if you wish to receive the goods on a specific day, we are more than happy to work to your needs. Please email email@example.com with your requirements.
Standard courier charge is £12 per order, with half price shipping for orders over £50, and FREE SHIPPING for orders over £100. This covers the cost of a premium next-day service, and high quality sustainable packaging.
